SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1 business days for order processing, and 1-2 business days for international orders before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. In order to ensure you receive our shipping status emails, please add orders@purity-ring.com to your address book. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on the total merchandise cost and the shipping method you choose.
Standard Shipping
Most orders shipped this method arrive in 3-7 business days from shipment date. Orders are shipped via United States Mail, UPS
Standard delivery is available to customers located in the continental US only. Allow 1 business day for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Most orders will arrive in 3-7 business days from the ship date.
2 Day Express
Arrives in 3 business days from order date.
UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is available to street addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii only. Allow 1 business day for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders will arrive in 3 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Purity Ring in Northeastern, Ohio by UPS and delivered by UPS. UPS 2nd Day Air is not an option for a PO Box, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses. Orders shipped 2 Day express may need to be verified by phone or email before being shipped.
1 Day Express
Arrives in 2 business days from order date.
UPS or Fedex Next Day Air delivery is available to street addresses in the continental US only. Allow 1 business day for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders will arrive in 2 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Purity Ring in Northeastern, Ohio by UPS and delivered by UPS. UPS Next Day Air is not an option for Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses. Orders shipped 1 Day express may need to be verified by phone or email before being shipped.
APO / FPO and Puerto Rico
Most orders Arrive in 10-14 business days from shipment date. This ship method is only available to ship to an APO/FPO Military address or to Puerto Rico. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Outside US/Canada First Class
Arrives in 7 to 21 business days from the shipment date. Delivery is available to anywhere in the world. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. All orders are delivered to the United States Post Office by Purity Ring in Northeastern, Ohio and subsequently delivered by the United States Post Office. Tracking detail is not available for this particular shipping method. However, the percentage of USPS shipments not reaching the destination is less than 1% and we consider them a very reliable shipping. Please note that customs fees will most likely apply to all international shipments. Unfortunately, there is nothing PURITY RING can do to eliminate these charges.
Outside US/Canada Priority
Arrives in 7 to 14 business days from the shipment date. Delivery is available to anywhere in the world. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. All orders are delivered to the United States Post Office by Purity Ring in Northeastern, Ohio and subsequently delivered by the United States Post Office. Tracking detail is not available for this particular shipping method, however a delivery confirmation number may be available. Please note that customs fees will most likely apply to all international shipments. Unfortunately, there is nothing PURITY RING can do to eliminate these charges.
Canada First Class
